Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered from LEGEND PRIME. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

Returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, with any tags still attached, along with your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at support@legendprimeus.com with your order number. Once your request is approved, we’ll send you instructions on where and how to send your item back. Items returned without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away at support@legendprimeus.com with a photo so we can make it right with a free replacement or refund.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out before ordering and we’ll be happy to help.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have (once the return is approved) and place a new order for the replacement.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is being shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@legendprimeus.com.
