How long will my order take to arrive?
Total delivery time = processing time + transit time. Standard products typically arrive in 7–15 business days (1–3 processing + 6–12 transit), and personalized products in 9–19 business days (3–7 processing + 6–12 transit). Estimates aren’t guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, or peak season.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE on US orders over $50, and a flat $4.95 on US orders under $50. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.
Do you offer a discount for buying more than one?
Yes! Buy More, Save Bigger: buy 2–3 items and save 10%, or buy 4 or more and save 15%. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on unused items in their original condition and packaging. Personalized/custom items, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable. To start a return, email support@legendprimeus.com with your order number.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
We’re sorry about that! Email support@legendprimeus.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 2 hours of ordering. Once an order enters production or ships, we may not be able to modify it.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes set by your country, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
Are payments secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through trusted, encrypted providers. We never see or store your full card details.
